Return Policy:
At Needle Juice Fungi, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your cultivation needs. Due to the sensitive nature of agar plates, and other items, our return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns or replacements are only offered for agar plates/items that arrive damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unusable.
• To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. How to Report an Issue
• Email us at Needlejuicefungi@gmail.com with:
• A brief explanation of the problem.
• Clear photos of the affected agar plates/items and their packaging.
3. Exceptions
• We cannot accept returns for plates/items that were improperly handled, stored, or used by the customer after delivery.
4. Resolution
• Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit. Refunds will be issued only under exceptional circumstances.

Agar Plates – Made to Order
Agar plates are made to order and require 2 days for monitoring to ensure quality. Any orders containing agar plates will have a 3-day processing period before they are shipped.
Address Accuracy
It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, successful delivery may not be possible.

Reshipment costs will need to be covered by the customer in the event of a failed delivery.
